    Everyday our the skin on our faces encounter a lot of dust and impurities and these can have the negative impact of blocking the pores and leading to various skin conditions such as blackheads, whiteheads and many more. In order to prevent this from happening, it is important that you carry out some form of facial cleansing at least once a day, preferably at the end of the day before you sleep. This helps to remove any impurities from your facial skin and leaves your pores open allowing your skin to breathe more easily which consequently leads to more radiant and bright skin.

    Initially, people used natural ingredients for facial cleansing but today there are many artificial facial cleansers that have flooded the beauty products market. Needless to say, most of these products are not very healthy to the skin and could lead to various skin related diseases such as cancer when used for a prolonged period of time. In addition, they cost a lot of money which could be better spent on other more important things. So if you are thinking of doing some facial cleansing, the natural way is always the best way to go.

    Some of the most common natural facial cleansing techniques that you will come across are given below;

    For people who have oily skin, use lemon, vinegar and yogurt. In order to clean your skin using the lemon or vinegar, all you need to do is get a clean piece of cotton cloth, soak it in the lemon or vinegar solution and rub it against your face taking care to avoid the eye area. Once you have wiped every inch of the face you can then rinse it with warm water. As for the yogurt, all you need to do is massage it onto the face and after one or two minutes, you can wipe it off with a towel and rinse your face with distilled water.

    For those with normal skin, natural face cleansers that are recommended include cucumber juice or a milk and lemon mixture. The cucumber juice can be mixed with milk and used to wipe the face while for the lemon juice and milk mixture all you need to do is create a thick paste with one tablespoon of hot milk and a quarter tablespoon of lemon juice. You can then apply the lotion to the skin and leave it on for 10 minutes after which you can rinse it off with warm water.

    Finally, if you have dry skin you can use a mixture of oatmeal and honey (or oatmeal and milk) or a cucumber and milk cleanser. All you need to do is make a thick paste from either of the mixtures and use it for facial cleansing and then rinse it off with some warm water.
